Shipping Scope

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air bases. We partner with reliable carriers like FedEx and UPS for all shipments.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses.

 

Shipping Time

  • Orders without pre-order items: Processed and shipped within 2-3 days.
  • Orders including pre-order items: Processed and shipped within 15 working days.
  • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 days.

Note: The delivery times may be affected by special circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or social anomalies. We will inform you on the store homepage if such circumstances arise.

 

Shipping Fee

  • Standard Delivery: Free Shipping.

Note: Please verify your address before purchasing as address changes are typically not allowed after shipment. Additional costs may apply for address changes. If there is a logistics delay, contact us at service@pwexe.com with your order number. 

 

Shipping Damage

We offer shipping insurance at checkout and recommend inspecting your goods before signing for them.

If your box arrives damaged, you MUST MAKE A NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING that the item arrived damaged. Without this note, we cannot file a damage claim with the shipper or return your package. If the box is damaged but the product is intact and functional, we will not replace the item.

Note: Please count the number of packages/items and ensure it matches the Bill of Lading and your packing slip. The freight company will not take back any packaging materials (e.g., pallets, wrapping, or boxes).

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

pwexe includes customs and taxes in your order total.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.
